Don't get caught in the rain, get caught with this creamy coconnuty concoction, brimming with a fresh lychee twist.

Makes 2 glasses.
Ingredients:
- 4 Pure Green Teabags
- 100 ml Lite Coconut Milk
- 100 ml Tinned Lychee Syrup
- 1 cup (about 9) Lychees (use from tin)
- 2 Limes (one for juicing, one for garnish)
- 2 handfuls Ice
- 1 tbsp Caster Sugar
- Lychees, to garnish (use from tin)
- Desiccated Coconut, to garnish
You’ll need:
- A heat-proof jug
- A blender
- Chopping board
- Knife
- Grater
- Small sieve
- Cocktail skewers
- 2 glasses
Here's the how to:
- Make the tea base: Brew 4 Pure Green Teabags in 300 mls until cool in a heat-proof jug.
- Get juicing: Squeeze juice of one lime into blender.
- Blend ingredients: Add brewed Pure Green Tea, Lychee Syrup, Lite Coconut Milk, Caster Sugar, and Ice to blender and pulse for 30 seconds.
- Garnish and serve: Using Lychee Syrup to rim each glass and roll in Dessicated Coconut. Pour liquid into two glasses. Spoon leftover foam into each glass. Garnish with Grated Lime Zest or Lime Wedge, and serve with a delicious playlist and with your phone on Do Not Disturb.
