One of our most famous Mediterranean herbs, Rosemary is a member of the mint family. It has a long tradition of being used as a kitchen herb, most often paired with lamb dishes.

It helps to increase circulation around the body, especially to the tiny blood vessels, like those in the brain. For this reason, rosemary is used to help increase blood flow to the brain and help provide better concentration and memory.
