Make everyday a Sundae with this decadently delish recipe. Layers of gooey caramel, crunchy wafer and scoops of ice-cream collide with the spices of our Chai Latte for the most scrumptious feel-food treat.
Ingredients
- 1 Chai Latte sachet
- 150 mls Whipping or Thickened Cream
- 2 Waffle Cones
- Good-Quality Vanilla Ice-Cream
- Caramel Sauce
- Cinnamon
You’ll need
- Small bowl
- Electric whisker
- 2 glasses
Method
- Mix Cream: Combine Chai Latte sachet and Cream in small bowl. Whisk for a couple of minutes until soft peaks form.
- Crush Cones: Crush up waffle cones. (It’s best here to use your hands.)
- Set-up Sundae: Using caramel sauce, cover glass with caramel sauce, including the bottom.
- Layer Sundae: Add Chai Cream, Waffle Cones, and Ice-Cream. Repeat once more. Finish with a sprinkle of cinnamon and serve.
