Ingredients:
- Earl Grey tea bags
- Sugar
- Milk
- Matcha powder
You’ll need:
- Small pot
- Jar to store the syrup
- Measuring cup
- 2 glasses or mugs
Here’s the how to create the Earl Grey syrup:
1. Boil 3 Twinings Earl Grey tea bags in 1 1/2 cup of water in a pot 2. Add 1 cup of sugar
3. Remove tea bags after 5-10 mins
4. Let it simmer for approximately 20 mins until it becomes a syrup 5. Let it cool and transfer to a container
Then to create the Earl Grey Matcha add:
2 teaspoons of Earl Grey syrup
150ml of your milk of choice
4g matcha of your choice, ideally sift to avoid clumps
Add ice to enjoy cold.
